Pengaruh Arus Kas Investasi, Arus Kas Pendanaan, Arus Kas Operasi dan Laba Bersih terhadap Dividen Kas pada Perusahaan Properti

This study aims to determine the effect of investment cash flow, funding operating and net income on dividends in property companies listed Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2016-2020 period. research method is descriptive quantitative. The total population 60 by using purposive sampling technique, there are 12 companies, year observation (5) five years obtained from IDX. Data analysis form multiple linear regression. results showed that T test, namely, a) flow variable had a t value, namely t-count < t-table, -2.659 <1.684 significant value 0.012 <0.05; b) flows has t-table which 1.459 1.154 > 0.05; c) dividend t, 0.691 1.684 0.494 d) -4.250 0.000 <0.05. F test f-count >f-table was 7.148>2.449 0.00<0.05. In conclusion, variables have partial dividends. Meanwhile, no Simultaneously, dividends.
